Two gangs in Saskatchewan are squaring off, leaving neighbourhoods in shoot-outs.

Between the 2 gangs, the Warriors and the Terror Squad, 4 men were shot in the shoot-out, and none of them are cooperating with police to let them know what went on.

It is all likely over drug sales/territory or a petty dispute.

As far as a gang war "Police aren't talking".

An unknown confrontation ended with a Hells Angels member, Norman Cocks, bragging about his tattoo asking "do you see this tattoo?", threatening a man by doing so, saying "pass the word on, the Hells Angels are looking for your brother".

The innocent man, Kaylin Philips, was then punched in the face.

The owner of the Hells Angels tattoo, Norman Cocks, murdered the innocent's man's brave father after parking nose to nose with his truck, after chasing him down the street in a car chase when the two innocent men came to sort out their differences peacefully.

Norman Cocks pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

This is typical of the Hells Angels.

The RCMP and Canadian regional police detachments should make a national plan to combat human trafficking, and get child sex slaves and adult sex slaves out of the forced trade and off of the streets.

Facts:

-The average age of entry is 13 years old

-They are held in a room 24/7 and have to ask to go to the washroom

-They are forced to serve on average 15 clients a day 

-They are often beaten and raped by their captor(s) 

-They are forced into the trade and threatened with violence if they try to run -This violence can be aimed at them and or their families 

-In some situations they are living under floor-boards and fed once a day scraps 

-There are 400 children around age 11 on the streets of Calgary, your local city is no different 

A child age 6-17 or any other woman forced into the trade should not be living in these conditions, and we allow this to happen by not taking action, we have to force police to come up with a standard (or quota) to handle this issue, so progress is made despite the unwillingness of organized crime groups to let police effect their 'businesses' and 'trades'. This is modern slavery, and it should not be tolerated. 

A suggestion: to do bi-weekly random undercover police patrols in known areas, whether large city or small town, to find these girls. And undercover operations to find these trafficking rings through their pimps and slave owners and get the girls trapped in this trade out of it.
