My Questions: 

"So, how'd you get past the locked door, with no way of entry, and myself saying you were not allowed, and after I was swore at and yelled at then pushed and assaulted?" 

"Why didn't you stay when I told you the police were on their way, when you saw me dial 911 after the assault and unlawful entry, and instead when I told you this while speaking to 911 on my cell phone, you left quickly and it looked to me to be in desperation, without answering me when I asked "what just happened, what did you do and why, can you explain yourself?"

"Why would you use this extreme misuse of force, with no verbal explanation for following me other than wanting to 'end the investigation', which you yelled, swore, harassed, verbally abused and pushed me over, when you said you were going to end the investigation yourself regardless?"

"Are you in a relationship or have a friendship with the officers in question, regarding the investigation you are heading, this situation was the product of?"

If needed, credibility response:

"And if it was your opinion that I was not credible, why didn't you go solely off of that, when I said I would like the investigation to continue, and if it is beyond my control for it to end, I've done my part, because I would have liked to see it through?"

"Instead you committed offences  like verbal abuse: yelling, swearing, harassing, and being physically abusive and threatening, and pushing me in the process of unlawful entry."

Detective Bill Marshall does have relationships with Milton officers:

It should be noted the Milton police station on Childs drive said they wouldn't make a report about it, despite the only way of entry for him was unwanted and by assault, and that he didn't stay for the police to show up at the time I called 911 and told him they were on their way, which shows him being guilty in some way. The sergeant at the station in Milton at the time said "he could vouch for the OIPRD detective Bill Marshall and that I wasn't credible" (but didn't elaborate on why).

Given the OIPRD Detective Bill Marshall had a relationship with officers at the station that were involved in the investigation he was heading, who said they would vouch for him, including the higher ranking sergeants, to the point of not making a report of assault, abuse, unlawful entry and misuse of force, it point at the detective does have a relationship with the officers involved in the OIPRD investigation.

If this is the case is this legal to have someone reviewing a personal friend?

If he lies and claims I'm not logical, he said in the car that "I didn't seem illogical at all, I could keep a conversation and seemed very with it."

There wasn't a struggle, it was just abuse, comment:

I didn't resist the officer physically when he yelled, swore, harassed me, and pushed me, I just called 911 after he did so.

If he claims there was a struggle, which is impossible, then how did that occur when I was just trying to enter my apartment door, with no voiced cause of concern regarding my own business or possible criminal behaviour, and that I called 911 after?

"Why were you abusively and violently enthusiastic to end the investigation? After trying to get me to give you permission of my own to end it, over and over to the point of yelling, saying the f word, and violently shoving me and unlawful entry?"

"Isn't the indoor hallway of the apartments the private property of the land lord and apartment owners?"

"Why didn't you go about investigating and entering the legal way, without my permission?"

"At one point in the car you said you had the Aug 30th gunshot report when I asked about it, which I said there wasn't a report made according to the staff sergeant in Milton, you looked at a report like you were reading it, pointed at it and said "yeah, it's here, it was made", then 10 minutes later I asked to see it, you looked at the only papers that were in your hands, the only papers you had, and said you didn't bring it. What's your response to this?"

"As well, you said at one point you thoroughly researched the whole investigation and all of the reports extensively, to where "it had been exhausted", then later told me you "only read one or two reports", when there were many". What is your response?"

"As well you told me officer Knight investigated the family and traced the cousin who may have let off the shot, given you lied to me I'm wondering if this is true, because officer Knight told me days after when I called the police again because of threats I was getting, that he wasn't going to, in the Longo's parking lot in Milton."

Facts Linking the Hell's Angels to the Sacrifice of 75 Women and the Murder of 40-50 Men

• 50% of the bodies found on the Pickton farm were male, and were according to a Hell's Angels motorcycle club agenda, proven by one of their associates they had a problem with working at the 'Booze Can' bar across the street from Pickton, was put into a pig meat grinder at the farm and disposed of on the property.

• In the forensic reports the victim's skulls were made into satanic ritual skulls, with the tops sawn off.

• International Rights Lawyer, Alfred Webre, states that Pickton admitted to an undercover police officer that the Hell's Angels motorcycle club and the police were bringing prominent politicians to the farm to do satanic rituals, this was also based on independent research and witness testimonies. Part of these informant interview tapes is offered on the National Post website.

• According to records, the Vancouver police identified Pickton as a ritual murderer of women, who would do this at the Pickton farm, where women had escaped, since 1992, and he was only arrested in 2002, ten years later, and the women who came to them were never helped.

• A woman who escaped mentioned to a reporter that the Hell's Angels brought her to the farm offering her drugs. When she got there they started bringing the drugs out, she got a bad feeling and ran to the nearest bus stop.

         The reporter quoted her as: When Fournier pushed “Sharon” to tell police about her                experience linking the Hells Angels to the Pickton property, she refused.

         “'I'd be dead,'” the woman replied. “'Do you know how many others out there have                   escaped? I'm not the only one.'”

• Pickton too mentioned that how he got a hold of the girls is he would offer them free drugs and then kill them after, who were the Hell's Angels prostitutes, and many escaped and the HA didn't have a problem with knowing that apparently.

• No charges were made against Hell's Angels members as to the roughly 50 male victims, associated to the Hell's Angels found on the Pickton farm.

• According to Pickton "15 others" took part in the murders, and could "go down with him" if caught, mentioned on the police tapes, between Pickton and an undercover police officer in the cell they shared. These tapes were made public on the internet, but are hard to find.

• In the GTA the Hell's Angels have been known to publicly associate with Freemasons, the occult brotherhood not allowed into the Catholic church for this reason, and opposed by the Catholic brotherhood the Knights of Columbus.

• The Freemasons are known to read from the Lesser Key of Solomon, an occult book on how to summon demons, and they are infatuated by the Temple of Solomon, for the occult aspects of how it was built and what went on, Solomon according to the Bible having fell away from G-d due to his occultism. They also have an initiation into the group as being put into coffins and told to tell all of their sexual secrets while being in them. • In the words of an ex 33rd degree mason, Jim Shaw, the right of the 33rd degree is drinking wine out of a skull with the top sawn off, like the remains found at the farm.

Hell's Angels, Brutal, Heartless, Murderers.

The real Hell's Angels, as if it's a surprise, just showing that every minute one of these murdering drug dealers is free, is a danger to good people. Dustin LaFortune, 29 now, 20 at the time of the trial, and 26 at the time of torture, testified against the Hell's Angels in a murder trial. His mother said that he has no gang affiliations, so he was just doing the right thing, as a good, very young man. These idiots justify it to themselves by calling a great man like this a 'rat', instead of blaming themselves for murder. Then what are you exactly? Not men, because a man would say I committed horrendous murders, I am the filthy trash, who is not even worthy of looking at such a person, let alone causing this poor man such brutal mutilation.

"Dustin LaFortune had lost a stunning amount of weight (from 200 lbs to below 90 lbs) and was suffering from injuries ranging from severe stab wounds, bruises and apparent burns, to parts of his lips and tongue being cut off."

"There were multiple fractures to his face and body, evidence of new and old wounds in various states of healing, burn marks, old stab wounds, infections etc… Dustin had pneumonia and c-difficile. He slipped in and out of a coma.

His bottom lip and part of his tongue were cut off. Dustin has severe to moderate acquired brain injury (ABI) and will require extensive reconstruction to his face, mouth and ears. He is re-learning to become an independent man and has dreams of being a business owner again."

It's no surprise, given the 5 day rape and torture of a woman on a pig farm in Melbourne, Australia, where the H.A. gave her the sadistic option "if you're good we'll shoot you in the head, and if not, we'll put you in the grinder and feed you to the pigs". Which is strikingly similar to the Pickton farm in BC, where the Hell's Angels (the pimps of the East End) often had parties held, known to them as 'Piggy Palace', where many of their sex workers were found, who likely had drug debts or wanted out.

Luckily Dustin pulled through, and has an effort going to prevent the H.A.'s from torturing or murdering anyone else.

Where Liberty Dies.

Only in Canada can drug dealing, mass murderers operate in the light of day. They say they are not a criminal organization and that only 1% of them are criminals, but if you do the math it's more like 50-75% in America, with 100% in conspiracy or not currently charged. If you could ask "Do you, as the Hell's Angels, deal drugs in mass, across the country?" The answer would be "Yes." If you asked "Do you kill people as the result of the drug trade and in war with other gangs?" The answer would be "Yes." And "Have your gang members been convicted of murder, of women, children, police, grand parents, whole families and many innocent people?" The answer would be "Yes." So, how in the world is this gang able to do all of these things in Canada and the Canadian law system can't even take care of common sense threats of mass danger to the public from urban terrorists in their own country, when we are sending troops into foreign countries to take care of another country's problems? People are dying right here.

The Canadian government needs to get it's act together, because people are suffering and dying as a result of their inept law system, caring and effort, corrupt judges (caught in drug deals with Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs), corrupt cops and over all completely corrupt system. People are dying*. You need to change the charter of Rights and Freedoms, to take the abused freedoms of violent, drug dealing, murdering criminals, and return the freedom of their innocent victims. I would be more than willing to testify to them committing murder, attempted murder, torture, rape, threats, extorsion, drug dealing, conspiracy, blackmail, bribery and gangsterism. People are relying on you to protect them when you can't, in your own country. Get your act together before somebody innocent dies. 

I believe a retrial and mass arrest must be done for the 31 released Hell's Angels, as well as having Claude 'Macho' Giguere serving at least on life sentence, instead of 4 months to 2 years, for murder in the first degree, conspiracy in 149, conspiracy to gangsterism and drug trafficking, by changing the laws regarding previous time served. All due to the two key judges in the Megatrial having been caught in a drug deal with the defendants, wow, unforgivable.

Canadian Law, Failure or Corruption?

31 Hell's Angels were released in Quebec, while 100 are still on trial, due to the Canadian justice system, 'not being able to handle it' apparently. The excuse was that they were only on trial for gangsterism and drug trafficking. So, if I commit either of those offenses (which I wouldn't), would you let me off because of all of the other trials going on in Canada? How does that differ? Why would you just release 31 dangerous criminals into the public, who are being convicted of drug trafficking and gangsterism? That is a threat to Canadian citizens, 150 people died at the hands of their organization, that's why they were on trial in the first place, and you're just going to let 31 dangerous criminals go?

I'm going to send a request to appeal the decision to the supreme court justice and Stephen Harper, I suggest you do the same. From what I've seen, apparently Stephen Harper is too busy slandering Justin Trudeau with videos that just make him look bad, instead of handling serious threats to the Canadian public, letting off several dangerous criminals back into the population. My letter is posted at the bottom of this post.

"I read that 31 Hells Angels were recently released, who were responsible for conspiracy in the murders of 150 people in the Quebec Biker War, due to that 'the Canadian justice system couldn't handle the trial'. If a regular citizen were to commit drug trafficking or conspiracy to gangsterism, they would not be let off, so why are members of a gang, who are gangster affiliated let go, when a regular citizen wouldn't be let go? There are many trials going on in Canada right now, how would that be any different than those affiliated to the Hells Angels? Could they not make separate cases and delegate new prosecution, like with anyone else who is a current offender in Canada? I know this must bother you too. Is there any way to urge and appeal to have them arrested and put back on trial? I feel as though releasing 31 dangerous gang members is a danger to the public and a danger to reestablishment of the Hell's Angels, which is a threat to Canadian citizens, in some cases with little protection.

I keep a blog about the Hell's Angels, there is plenty of reason to see that having even one of them free is a threat to the public, with the many cases of homicide they are involved in. I've done some rough math and found that their "1%er" slogan, is actually around more 50-75% in America, with most likely 100% in conspiracy, as they all know what is going on around them.
